1. Remove healing caps and place LOCATOR abutments.
2. Pick up LOCATOR housings to convert the existing dentures.
3. A. Seated Scan: Scan the upper and lower converted dentures intraorally.
   Include the palate, ridge, and retromolar pads as applicable.
4. B. Bite: Capture the bite with the converted dentures seated.
5. C. Scan Body Arches: Remove the dentures, place ZEST SCAN BODIES,
   and scan both arches.
6. D. Extraoral Scans: Scan both dentures extraorally, capturing all surfaces 360°
7. Submit the required scans, photos, and case information to AvaDent.

3. Take a wash impression over the abutments and tissue.
4. Verify VDO, centric relation, esthetics, and midline.
5. B. Bite: Capture the bite with the dentures seated.
6. C. Scan Body Arches: Place Zest scan bodies and scan both edentulous arches
7. D. Extraoral Scans: Scan both dentures extraorally, capturing all surfaces 360°.
8. Submit the required scans, photos, and prescription to AvaDent.

Choose the final fit workflow that best aligns with your clinical preference. Both options provide a secure, passive fit with proper retention and straightforward patient care.

Option 1 - Chairside Pickup

1. Place AvaMax LOCATOR FIXED® with LOCATOR recesses and position the gold LOCATOR FIXED housings with processing inserts.
2. Verify clearance and passive seating. Perform the chairside pickup according to the Zest protocol.
3. Verify the completed pickup, fit, and occlusion before proceeding to final LOCATOR FIXED inserts.

Option 2 - No Chairside Pickup

1. Place the AvaMax LOCATOR FIXED with the gold housings already processed into it and the processing inserts in place.
2. Confirm passive fit, replace processing inserts with the appropriate LOCATOR FIXED retention inserts, verify retention, and provide patient care instructions.
