Screw-retained. One piece with titanium.
A printed titanium core with high-pressure AvaDent XCL PMMA molded over and through it as one piece, so there’s no bond line to delaminate and no teeth to pop off.
Every AvaDent hybrid is milled from the same monolithic XCL material: nearly monomer-free, pre-shrunk before milling, and resistant to bacteria and stains.
The framework is designed digitally after the prosthesis, then fully encased in PMMA for complete mechanical retention.
The bar is fully encased in acrylic. The preferred solid bar design when there’s enough vertical space.
The alternative when limited vertical dimension doesn’t allow the acrylic to wrap fully around the bar.

“The patients that come to my practice expect the best possible outcomes. Seeing the failures that happen from traditional fixed complete dentures, I switched to the AvaDent Monolithic process. I am able to make any changes I want to the design, enabling me to please the most demanding patient.”
More than 15 published studies since 2015 compare AvaDent milled prostheses with conventional and 3D-printed alternatives on fit, strength, color stability and patient visits.
See the clinical studiesYou’ll get a digital design preview within 1–2 business days of complete records. After you approve it, the hybrid is completed in 10 business days and ships free by 2-day FedEx.
Conventional hybrids are made in two pieces, which risks fractures and staining. AvaMax is one piece: the titanium core and PMMA are integrated digitally, so they can’t separate.
Yes. The full-color try-in with abutment-level connections lets you check smile line, midline, occlusion, phonetics and lip support. A Hybrid Try-In is an exact monolithic copy of the final that you can adjust by grinding or adding material.
