Scanner Portal Instructions

Please follow the instructions below to add AvaDent to your scanner

The great thing about creating an AvaDent Digital Denture is that you don’t need to change your normal workflow. Provide us with an accurate final impression and inter-occlusal record and we do the rest.

PORTAL LOGIN

1. Log into the portal with your Communicate account information.
2. Click on Connections in the top banner.
3. Click Add a connection.
4. Enter the following email: customerserviceus@avadent.com
5. Select the Global Dental Science – AvaDent account.

PrimeScan

(Dentsply Sirona)

PORTAL LOGIN

1. On the left pane, under Partner. Select ‘My Favorite Recipients’
2. Search direct and enter AvaDent as the recipient.
3. Once AvaDent’s account populates, select the orange ( + ) to add our account successfully.

1. On your scanner, select 'Dexis Connect'
2. Search for AvaDent using our email: customerserviceus@avadent.com
3. You are now ready to send cases to AvaDent!

1. Log In Go to https://dental.shining3dtech.com
   and sign in with your Clinic account credentials.
2. Navigate to “My Labs” From your dashboard, click on 'My Labs' or 'Lab Settings.' This is where you manage which labs your office is connected with.
3. Add Our Lab Click '+ Add Lab' (or 'Invite Lab'). Enter our registered email address: Customerserviceus@avadent.com
   You may also search by our lab name: AvaDent.
4. Send the Invitation Select our lab from the search results and click 'Invite' or 'Add.' The status will show as Pending until we confirm
5. Confirmation We will accept your invitation. Once confirmed, our lab will appear under your 'My Labs' list, and you can start assigning cases to us.
