Initial Appointment

Make final impressions
Complete the RX order form on the AvaDent portal and SHIP the impression to AvaDent for base plate with wax bite rim.

Analog Impression

Wax Rim Appointment

Verify fit. Adjust and/or take wash impression as needed
Seat wax rims to verify the vertical dimension and occlusal.
Verify/Modify occlusal plane
Mark midline, smile line, and canines.
Make bite registration
SHIP wax rim and/or stone model of opposing and bite registration to AvaDent.

Record Bases with Wax Rim

Bite Rim

Try-In Appointment

Verify fit; adjust and/or take wash impression if needed.
Seat try-in and confirm midline, incisal edge, VDO, lip support, esthetics, and bite.
If all records are correct, submit to AvaDent for final denture.
If changes are needed, repeat Wax Rim steps and SHIP to AvaDent for redesign.

Full Color Printed Try-In

Final Fit

Seat final denture fabricated by lab.
Perform fit adjustments and patient education.
Schedule follow-up for sore spot relief if needed.
