Mike brings more than 40 years of experience as a Registered Dental Technologist, spending his first 20 years as a lab owner/technician in the dental laboratory industry. In 1996 he transitioned to the dental manufacturing world.
In 2001, Mike was appointed Vice President of Marketing & Education for Nobel Biocare North America. During his time, Nobel enjoyed double-digit growth and the market capitalization of the company soared from 300 million to over 12 billion dollars.
In July 2005, Mike joined a Boston based start-up company called Brontes Technologies. Acquired by 3M in October 2006, Brontes Technologies created a revolutionary digital impression technology.
In January 2009, Mike opened Diadem Precision Technology. This new company would once again re-define a new dental lab direction - the design and processing of advanced digital restorations. Diadem was acquired by Ivoclar Vivadent in December 2012.
In March of 2013, Mike joined Modern Dental Lab to assist in the design and build of a new digital production facility in Troy, Michigan. This high tech, lean manufacturing facility now services dentists throughout the USA.
