AVADENT DIGITAL DENTURES
AvaDent Digital Dentures are computer-designed using algorithms that are based on time tested removable principles and traditional anatomical measurements and landmarks to achieve a perfect set-up in seconds. AvaDent Digital Dentures are precision-milled from a patented bio-hygienic puck of acrylic. Milled or bonded teeth processes can be selected.
XCL-2*
Is a monolithic denture that is fully-milled (base and dentition) from an individually made AvaDent puck. Using the XCL-technology the one-piece denture has perfect wear resistance. The milled teeth are polychromatic, creating the look of both dentin and enamel. The teeth are even designed to represent natural morphology.
XCL-1*
Is a monolithic denture that is fully-milled (base and dentition) from an individually made AvaDent puck. Using the XCL-technology the one-piece denture has perfect wear resistance. The milled teeth have monochromatic dentin.
Bonded Teeth
Manufacturer’s teeth are bonded into the milled sockets. A variety of tooth manufacturers can be selected providing a wide range of tooth moulds, from basic to premium teeth. Get the perfect esthetics for the patient.
AVADENT TRY-INS
Bio-functional Try-In by Lars Bouma
Is a fully functional try-in and is milled out of a monolithic PMMA puck. It is great to verify function, occlusion, phonetics and esthetics. Modify the try-in by grinding or adding material if needed. Also, the patient can try the Bio-functional Try-In by Lars Bouma at home to experience the exceptional fit and convenience of a digital denture. The patient can eat, drink, play a musical instrument, speak, laugh and much more. The AvaDent Bio-functional Try-In by Lars Bouma is available in 9 tooth shades.
ATI
Is a precision milled denture base with oversized tooth sockets where the teeth are set in wax so they can be adjusted if needed. It also features an extremely accurate base plate and occlusal scheme that is precise and true to the clinical records supplied.
AVADENT IMPLANT SUPPORTED DENTURES
HYBRIDS*
The AvaDent Hybrids are premium dentures that uses the XCL-technology. They are trimmed and reinforced with a metal bar.
The strength of AvaDent Hybrids, where the base and teeth is one piece (monolithic), is significantly increased by this advancement in product production. This is very important for Hybrid Prostheses where it is common to have teeth delaminate or break off. These problems are significantly reduced.
Wrap-Around
Is a monolithic, fully-milled (base and dentition) XCL hybrid prosthesis manufactured from a pre-shrunk, bio-hygienic, polychromatic high impact acrylic puck. The titanium bar is completely integrated into the hybrid prosthesis at the time of puck production.
Montreal Bar
The lingual side of the titanium bar is exposed on the hybrid prosthesis. Further, the montreal hybrid is a monolithic, fully-milled (base and dentition) XCL hybrid prosthesis manufactured from a pre-shrunk, bio-hygienic, polychromatic high impact acrylic puck.

OVERDENTURES*
From U-dolder bars, Hader, ball abutments to locators or other super structures. AvaDent utilizes the superior strength from the AvaDent puck to produce different types of overdentures. AvaDent makes it possible to provide a patient with a new bar and denture in the second visit. Retread overdentures are also possible with AvaDent. The overdentures are available in bonded teeth or with the XCL-1 and XCL-2 fully milled technology options.
ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS FOR IMPLANT SUPPORTED DENTURES
Hybrid Try-in
Is an exact copy of what will be the final hybrid but with manufacturer’s teeth set in wax in the esthetic zone. It is great to verify function, occlusion, phonetics and esthetics. Modify the try-in by grinding or adding material if needed. It also shows the patient what the final esthetic result will be.
Implant Record Device
Is a clear milled guide with full dentition. Created from the supplied clinical records, it is an exact duplicate of the proposed final AvaDent and is used to determine the esthetic and functional placement of teeth and to assist in the evaluation of dimensional space, including tissue height, appropriate OVD and bar design.
Verification Jig
The AvaDent Verification Jig is used to confirm implant placement and pick up the open tray impression copings.
Conversion Denture*
is a monolithic denture that is a fully-milled (base and dentition) denture designed for guided surgery cases. The surgical guide is used to pre-mill holes in the denture based on implant position. During the hybrid conversion process, the struts are cut away after the temporary copings have been picked-up in the pre-milled holes. Once the struts are cut away, it becomes the AvaDent Provisional Hybrid.
Occlusal Locking Splint
maintains the correct occlusal relationship of the Conversion Dentures during placement.
Bone Reduction Guide
is a clear AvaDent base-plate, surgical guide used to perform an alveoloplasty and tissue contouring during immediate and implant cases.
Scanning Guide Denture*
is a clear radiopaque guide with fully milled dentition. Created from the supplied clinical records, it is an exact duplicate of the proposed final AvaDent denture. To maximize the scanning effectiveness of the guide, the teeth are made of 100% undiluted barium sulfate acrylic polymer and the tissue area has a 20% barium sulfate concentration to clearly differentiate the teeth from the soft tissue.
AVADENT IMMEDIATE DENTURE*
The AvaDent Immediate Denture offers all the advantages of a standard AvaDent Digital Denture for immediate patients. Only the impression and a bite record are needed for the model to get an immediate denture. Existing teeth are digitally ground from the model. This results in high digital precision and the ability to match the natural setup of the patient’s anterior teeth.
AVADENT BASE PLATE
The AvaDent Base Plate is computer-designed and then precision-milled from AvaDents’ proprietary no-shrink acrylic pucks. It is the ideal base for you to create your final set-up in a conventional way but have the exceptional fit of AvaDent.
AVADENT OBTURATOR*
Is a monolithic, fully-milled denture from a pre-shrunk, bio-hygienic puck. It’s very light compared to other conventional obturators and due to its digital precision and back up it’s very comfortable for the patient.
