you have the possibility to get a better result in less time and it’s very easy! The only thing you need to provide are two stone models and a bite record to an AvaDent Partner Lab. The lab scans the records and sends AvaDent the STL file. From the STL file, AvaDent creates your digital immediate denture.

The teeth of the stone model will be digitally extracted but will stay visible in the AvaDent software. As a result, the outcome is predictable and very accurate. It’s even possible to match the patients natural tooth setup and shape of the patient with the use of AvaDent Signature Teeth.
Get started

Step 1:

Ship two stone models to an AvaDent Partner Lab (make sure to carve the outline of the denture and use wax to remove any undercuts of the stone model) + bite record (Please make sure the bite is stable) + fill out order form. Attached are the protocol and order form.

Step 2:

Review the Digital 3D:
Preview Enter any changes by using the AvaDent 3D Preview and provide the final approval for production.

Step 3:

Place the immediate denture:
Use the digital back-up for the follow-up treatments. This provides you the possibility make an exact copy of the same teeth setup and esthetics. It is that easy!
