Positions Available


This function sets up and operates the CNC Lathes and run parts according to engineering drawings. The function is also responsible for certification.


  • Set up and operate CNC Lathes and run parts according to work instruction.
  • Experience in set up and operation of manual lathes with a digital read out is desirable.
  • Will operate and maintain presses and perform other duties based on the needs of the operation.


  • Must be able to set-up and operate machines independently.
  • Must be able to follow manufacturing work instructions.
  • Must be able to inspect own parts using basic measuring tools.
  • Should be well-organized and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Takes pride in workmanship and possess a positive team-oriented attitude.
  • Possesses ability to clean, deburr and polish CNC milled parts with great attention to detail.
  • Has knowledge of all deburring tools — both machine and hand
  • Able to prepare high precision parts for inspection.
  • Works effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Achieves results based on pre-defined priorities & schedule.
  • Uses both Manual and Digital Probes for set-up work.
  • Able to run multiple machines at once.
  • Possesses basic knowledge of machine maintenance.
  • Experienced in basic Microsoft Office and Computer Skills.
  • Ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.
