Fixed Prosthesis with Zest LOCATOR®

1. Remove healing caps, place LOCATOR abutments
2. Pick up LOCATOR housings to convert denture
3. Intraoral scan upper hybrid (include palate)
4. Intraoral scan lower hybrid (ridge + pads)
5. Capture bite with converted dentures in place
6. Remove dentures, place scan bodies on abutments
7. Scan arches and extraorally scan both dentures
8. Submit scans and photos to AvaDent for design

1. Remove healing caps, place LOCATOR abutments
2. Adjust the denture for passive, pressure-free fit
3. Take a wash impression over abutments/tissue
4. Clinically verify VDO, CR, esthetics, and midline
5. Capture bite scan with denture in position
6. 360° scan upper and lower dentures extraorally
7. Scan edentulous arches with scan bodies in
8. Submit scans, photos, and Rx to AvaDent

1. Torque abutments to protocol.
2. Remove the PEEK insert from the LOCATOR FIXED gold
   housing and replace with processing insert
3. Seat LOCATOR FIXED gold housing to the abutment
4. Check occlusion and passive fit; adjust if needed.
5. Perform chairside pickup with LOCATOR CHAIRSIDE™ material.
6. Replace inserts with final FIXED inserts.
7. Deliver prosthesis; review care and follow-up.
