AvaDent® Launches New Fully-Milled Denture

Scottsdale, AZ – March 12, 2015 – Global Dental Science (GDS), creators of the AvaDent® Digital Denture, announces the launch of the world’s first fully milled denture (teeth and base) at the International Dental Show in Cologne, Germany.

The entire AvaDent Denture, base, and teeth, are full-contour milled from a patented, pre-shrunk, bacteria-resistant, polychromatic, PMMA eXtreme Cross-Linked (XCL) puck for greater strength and esthetics. The new AvaDent XCL-1 denture is a fully-milled, single-layer denture with monochromatic teeth while the AvaDent XCL-2 denture uses a unique layering system resulting in polychromatic teeth that simulate the dentin and enamel of natural teeth, providing premium esthetics.
