The AvaDent Method– two appointments! 

Patient’s First Appointment:

The AvaDent method begins when a patient comes in for an impression and bite registration. Once it is registered, the dimensions of the impression are scanned and then sent to the AvaDent Digital Denture Manufacturing facility.

Patient’s Second Appointment:

The appliance is delivered to the patient, hassle-free.

The old method of creating dentures took muchlonger and patients often had to wait up until their fifth appointment to finally receive their appliance.  That is no longer the case with the new AvaDent method – two appointments is all it takes!

Note: If the dental practitioner has requested an optional Try-In (either ATI or Bio-functional Try-In by Lars Bouma) one additional appointment would be needed.
